BODYARMOR is looking for an Analyst, Operations Finance to join our team.

  

The Analyst, Operations Finance supports the Finance department with a significant amount of COGS expenditures and financial analyses and insights. This position is critical to the success of Supply Chain Operations by being a reliable Finance Co-Pilot to Operations and always embodying the One Obsession mindset Principles. 

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Support and assist Manager of Supply Chain Insights and Director of Supply Chain Insights with fiduciary responsibility for financial reporting, controls and analysis with a scope of $700MM+ spend annually 

  • Support the annual budget process by assisting in the development of a detailed bottoms-up budget 

  • Work on Ad hoc financial analyses to support Operations Co-Pilots and KPIs that encourage sound business decisions 

  • Own reporting on system data, updating and maintaining regular reporting in MS Excel, ensuring up-to-date and accurate reports are immediately available for Finance leadership 

  • Support month-close process by analyzing P&L GL detail, contributing to any month end analyses and forecasting requirements 

  • Manage raw material, ingredient, and co-manufacturer pricing in ERP system and offline tools 

  • Act as the principal liaison between Procurement Team, ERP System price modules, Accounting, Accounts Payable, and Planning for pricing 

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Operations, and Planning, to address pricing issues, analyze pricing trends 

  • Conduct regular audits of pricing data to identify and resolve any discrepancies 

  • Develop leadership skills and ability to influence with integrity. Be a confident value-add Co-Pilot of the operational business with very strong inter-personal skills 

  • Partner with the Accounting team on accruals, payables, etc. 

  • Track Operations Purchase Orders (POs), working closely with the Operations team 

  • Represent BODYARMOR as a business partner to various third-party organizations including co-manufacturing facilities, raw material vendors, bottle suppliers, and consultants as required 

REQUIREMENTS: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree required, Graduate Degree in Business or related field preferred 

  • 1- 3 years of Finance experience in a related field required, Supply Chain preferred 

  • Hybrid presence in Whitestone, NY required (3 days in-office per week)
     

  • Excellent analytical capability and the ability to analyze large data sets and handle high volume of transactional data required 

  • Strong MS Excel skills and demonstrated ability to quickly learn new systems 

  • Occasional travel possible (5-10%) by car or plane 

  • In-person attendance at periodic (1-2x/yr) company retreats/meetings

Pay Range:

$60,200 - $74,100

Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
