About the Role
About the Role:
As the Analyst, GTM Strategy at Workday, you will be a key driver of our future success, supporting the team in developing and implementing innovative strategies to accelerate growth and achieve our ambitious business goals. Reporting to the Head of GTM Strategy, you will analyze data and provide data insights that inform our GTM strategy and business decisions. The ideal candidate is passionate about using data to solve exciting problems, shape business strategy, create actionable insights and measure results. You are intellectually curious, results driven, and have proven success in using analytics to drive the understanding, development, and success of GTM initiatives.
Responsibilities include:
- Support GTM strategy team members with various projects involving growth initiatives, market expansion, and mid-to-long term GTM evolution through optimization of structure, segmentation, and coverage models
- Analyze/curate large volumes of data using various tools like Excel, Tableau prep, SQL, Sigma etc.
- Craft compelling data models, analyze sophisticated data sets, identify trends and anomalies, and translate insights into executive-level presentations for data visualization and communication of insights
- Design, build, manage, and monitor reports, dashboards and metrics to visually represent results and deliver actionable insights and data driven decisions
- Support market and competitive insights development through insightful internal and external research and analysis
- Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams across GTM, Product, Corporate Strategy, Business Ops, Finance, and other key stakeholders on analysis and insights
- Strong communication skills and ability to convey complex problems in clear business terms

About You
Basic Qualifications:
- 5+ years of work experience in business intelligence, analytics, or quantitative analysis related fields.
- 5+ years experience building visualizations using Power BI, Looker, Tableau, or Sigma
- 5+ years experience with SQL, data modeling and data preparation in Excel and other tools
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
Other Qualifications:
- Excellent user experience design and data visualization skills
- Experience with Snowflake and Sigma Computing preferred
- Experience with Sales (Salesforce/Clari), and business applications preferred
- Experience supporting Strategy, Planning & Operations teams at SaaS/SW companies
- Strong understanding of SaaS business models and the technology industry
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
