What We'll Bring:
We are looking for an experienced Product Analyst who will be part of our Consumer Interactive International team that works closely with Product, Technology and Product Marketing teams across regions to understand the performance and interactions of our high-quality direct to consumer products (Credit monitoring, Identity Protection, Breach & Employee reference solutions). You will support growth for our Consumer Interactive business by bringing strong analytics experience grounded in Consumer digital products which will entail understanding product lifecycles, decoding product performance insights, building concrete, visually appealing narratives for product performance reporting culminating into profitable growth & satisfied customers.
What You'll Bring:
- Support the strategic direction of TUCI across regions by analyzing performance of product and marketing initiatives to deliver insights and recommend strategic actions that help Consumer Interactive businesses grow profitably and lead to better customer satisfaction.
- Automates Product Performance dashboards & reports that can be delivered to senior stakeholders at periodic intervals to provide a bird’s-eye view of Product Performance Internationally.
- Conducts and compiles general research and ongoing product performance reporting, and provides analysis and product recommendations related to revenue, profitability, pricing, product life cycle, positioning and promotion strategy. Analysis will cover per-product performance, initiative benefits realization vs. KPI targets, issue reduction impact, and site engagement/effectiveness.
- Engages regularly with other Product and application-development SMEs to build deep knowledge of product performance, technology, and user behavior, enabling a cross-functional perspective on product/process opportunities
Impact You'll Make:
We’d Love to See
- 5+ years of relevant work experience in analytics & statistics.
- Bachelor's degree with emphasis in engineering, business, finance, accounting, economics, math/statistics, science or an equivalent field or 5 years + of experience in related positions.
- Google Analytics experience, certifications or official trainings.
- Experience with Business Intelligence tools.
- Prior experience in statistical analysis, project management, team management & consulting.
- Ability to write and QA new, complicated analysis and SQL scripts independently.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data and metrics to measure impact of changes both at product & business levels.
- Ability to stay highly organized and be flexible to changing priorities.
- Highly collaborative and be able to work under tight timelines when needed and the ability to take initiative and ownership of your work.
- Detail orientated and ability to juggle multiple requests with limited supervision.
Additional Job Description
The first 90 days of this role will involve:
- Learning about the Consumer Interactive products, their market landscape and their market segments.
- Becoming comfortable with the data available on products, how to access and analyze it.
- Being able to independently produce periodic reports.
- Being able to lead and monitor projects.
- Learning how to turn analysis into concise communication to Senior Leadership.
- Learning about the roles and responsibilities of coworkers and matrix partners.
What you’ll accomplish beyond 90 days:
- Triage feedback and work to resolve any issues arising from newly released products and features.
- Develop product documentation.
- Be able to translate technical details into business-friendly terms.
- Socialize product performance dashboards & reports to Senior Leadership.
- Analyze internal and external data sources to support regional Product Managers in making development prioritization decisions.
- Begin to turn analysis into novel findings that drives product improvements and new profitable business decisions.
- Become the SME in the business data underlying Consumer Interactive’s Hosted Solution and be able to efficiently respond to ad hoc requests.
- Report a realization of benefits on a recently launched product to Senior Leadership.
- Socialize product performance dashboards & reports to Senior Leadership.
- Run a project from beginning to end
This is a remote position which may require occasional in-person attendance at work-related events at the discretion of management.
