We are now looking for an Analyst, Credit in Customer Account Management, Customer Operations in Finance.

In this role, you will play a key part in assessing and managing credit risk, ensuring well-informed credit decisions that support business stability and development. You’ll analyze financial data and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize credit risk and exposure while enabling business growth. What you will do

  • Conduct credit risk analysis and scoring to evaluate the credit risk of assigned customer portfolios

  • Recommend and establish credit limits for customer accounts within authorized levels

  • Monitor customer payment behavior and update risk profiles accordingly

  • Assist Group Credit Risk Management in preparing comprehensive credit reports and forecasts to management and credit insurer 

  • Identify high-risk cases and ensure their timely escalation

  • Guide and advise businesses on credit-related decisions, collaborate with Sales and other stakeholders to enhance customer risk profile quality and optimize credit risks     

  • Stay informed on market and economic trends that may affect customer credit risk

  • Contribute to credit process development and continuous improvement activities together with other customer operations in finance and business teams

Who you are

  • You have a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; professional certification (e.g., CFA) is considered an asset

  • You are detail-oriented Credit Risk Analyst with 3+ years of experience in evaluating financial risks and creditworthiness

  • You are finance professional with extensive understanding and hands-on experience in establishing credit limits and monitoring customer payment behavior to mitigate risk exposure

  • You are an adept at interpreting market and economic trends to anticipate potential financial risks

  • You are an experienced professional with solid expertise and practical knowledge in B2B trade and trade credit insurance

  • You are an analytical thinker with proficient problem-solving skills and the ability to work cross-functionally

  • You are a skilled communicator who collaborates effectively with Sales, Finance, and other stakeholders to align credit strategies with business objectives

  • You are fluent in English

The position is located in in UPM Business HUB Wrocław, Poland.

The position holder will report to Senior Manager, Customer Account Management.
