We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Category Management Analyst to join our Analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and procurement, to drive revenue growth and improve customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth analysis of market trends, consumer behavior. The Category Management Analyst will be responsible for analyzing market trends, consumer behavior, and industry data and sales data to identify to develop effective strategies for opportunities for category growth and improvement.
- Utilize data analysis tools and techniques to develop insights and actionable optimizing product assortments, pricing, and promotions within specific product categories.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Insights & Data, Product Management, Commercial, and Global Supply Chain, utilizing analytical skills to drive a deep understanding of category performance and provide improvement recommendations.
- Conduct regular reviews of category performance, including sales, margin, and market share, and identify areas for improvement.
- Conduct regular competitor analysis to understand market dynamics and identify potential threats and opportunities within assigned categories.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market changes, and consumer preferences to maintain a competitive advantage.

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE: Identify education, qualifications, training and

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. 3 -5 Years Experience Within Category Management, Sales Analysis or Marketing Analysis
- Familiarity with category management best practices and principles.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into actionable insights and present findings in a clear and concise manner to stakeholders.
- Utilize advanced tools and software (e.g., Excel, Tableau, PowerBI, Qlikview, Alteryx) to manipulate and analyze large datasets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
