Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Analyst to join our team. Responsible for providing business performance analysis, reporting, and modeling as an independent contributor. You will also provide financial and operational data, models, and plans. Reporting analysis, findings, recommendations, or solutions and work with moderate guidance in your area of knowledge.

Job Description

Core Responsibilities

• Interprets financial & operational data, analyzes trends, customer insights, and strategy, and makes business recommendations based on findings.
• Update, maintain, and create models for budgeting, forecasting, and variance analyses.
• Experience with advanced Excel functions to work with large data sets.
• Conduct research and analyze performance against objectives to determine emerging business operations and strategic trends.
• Works with business partners to design data collection methods and analysis processes.
• Collaborating with various departments to gather and interpret data.
• Present analysis and insights in a manner that is easily interpreted and aids strategic and tactical decision-making
• Support effectiveness analytics across multiple key dimensions
• Conducting business performance analysis.
• Performs additional Business Operations duties and tasks as required.
• Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
• Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
