Automated Material Handling System (AMHS) Team is a global organization that manages the installation and maintenance of Automated Material Handling robots across Intel's High Volume Manufacturing factories. The team works in partnership with Test and Development (TD) Automation organization on the cost, installation, operational sustaining, and continuous improvement of AMHS.

As an AMHS Software Engineering Manager, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Manages the installation and maintenance of Automated Material Handling robots across Intel's High Volume Manufacturing factories

Works in partnership with Test and Development (TD) Automation organization on the cost, installation, operational sustaining, and continuous improvement of AMHS.

Qualifications:
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Minimum skills and experience that will get you noticed:

Bachelor's degree in mechanical, Electrical, Computer Science, Management Information Systems or related field with 4+ years of industry experience

-OR- Master's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Computer Science, Management Information Systems or related field with 3+ years of industry experience.
-
·4+ years of experience in advanced Engineering principles, theories, and concepts
-
2+ years of people management experience in coaching, building, and managing a high performing team.
Preferred skills and experience that will make you stand out:

Experience in Factory automation systems

Program Management experience as the role will necessitate managing large Automated Material Handling System (AMHS) installation projects to meet specific program objectives, monitor progress against schedule, and coordinate resources.

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in the US:
$162,228.00-$243,284.00
Salary range dependent on a number of factors including location and experience.
