Job Description:
WHAT - Summary & Purpose of the Position
As part of the Global FP&A (Financial and Planning Analysis) team, you will provide insights on financial performance and help in the decision-making process at Group level. This includes sharing relevant analysis on the actual and future (Budget, Forecasts, Long-Range Plan) performance to the Executive Leadership team and governance bodies.
WHAT - Main Responsibilities & Technical Competencies
- Take ownership of key analysis and reporting for monthly closing and financial cycles
(Perimeter: CAPEX, Efficiency for Growth, FX simulations)
- Manage, monitor, analyse and synthesize financial data through preparation of presentations for the executive management and governance bodies
- Organize and lead reviews with stakeholders to understand underlying assumptions and trends
- Participate in the animation of financial processes (Group guidance, communication, follow-up)
- Assist the Global Senior Controller and FP&A Analyst
(Perimeter: Sales, Gross margin, OPEX, P&L, Headcounts, Quarterly landings, External Financial communications)
- Update monthly actual reporting dashboards
- Build impactful presentations for the for the executive management and governance bodies
- Participate in monthly check-ins and financial reviews
- Assist in the preparation and restitution of ad-hoc analysis
- Participate in transversal activities
- Automatization and standardization of dashboards and presentations
- Creation and maintenance of database useful to the Global FP&A team
- Be an active member of Project and contributor of Finance transformation initiatives (EPM tool)

Knowledge & Experience (essential):
- Curious about understanding the business
- Team player with very good interpersonal skills
- Able to work in a complex and international environment
- Agile and proactive, you communicate with the team on your achievements or difficulties.
- Very rigorous and concise, you will know how to compile information in different formats.
- Reliable and responsive, you know how to meet deadlines and your commitments
- Master Excel and PowerPoint
Knowledge & Experience (preferred):
- First internship in the field of FP&A / Finance controlling / Audit / Accounting
- First experience with Enterprise Performance Management tools
Education / Certifications (preferred):
- Currently preparing a Master degree in Finance and Management (Business School or University)
Language(s) (essential):
- Fluent in English and French with strong verbal and written communicational skills
