About the Role

The AI Video Content Coordinator will report to the Director of SEO and support the SEO team. This role requires a strong understanding of video production, AI-powered tools, content strategy and project management.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end video creation process, from ideation to publishing, using AI-powered tools for tasks like storyboarding, editing and captioning
• Collaborate with writers, designers and other stakeholders to define creative direction, and ensure alignment with brand guidelines
• Develop and optimize AI-driven video workflows to improve efficiency, quality and consistency
• Manage a high volume of projects concurrently, ensuring timely completion and prioritization based on business needs
• Monitor video performance metrics, identify opportunities for improvement and make data-driven recommendations

• Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in AI-powered video creation and distribution

• 2+ years of experience in video production, content creation or a related field
• Demonstrated expertise in using AI-powered video creation tools and technologies
• Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines
• Familiar with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro) and AI-based tools (e.g., Powtoon and Vyond)

• Ability to perform well independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment
• Ability to build cross-functional relationships, influence and collaborate at all organizational levels
• Proficient in workflow tools like Trello and Slack
• Cybersecurity industry knowledge is a plus
• Bachelor's Degree in Visual Effects, Motion Graphics, marketing, film/media studies or a related field
