Job Overview

We are seeking a Technology Consultant with a strong background in Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology, healthcare consulting, and sales.

 
The ideal candidate will possess hands-on technology savviness, consulting technology skills including proposal preparation, project management, and project delivery, and a nice-to-have background in sales. 

The Consultant will be working in an agile environment and will be leveraging his/her technical and analytical background, with a focus on AI and data, to drive business-driven solutions and add value from a business and technical point of view.

This role will can be based in Greece, Portugal, Spain, Italy, or Eastern Europe.

Essential Functions

  • Support Business development, proposal development, client interaction and technical demoing

  • Project Management and project support of AI/GenAI projects, overseeing all projects stages, from requirement gathering to delivery, as well as defining best practices 

  • Interact with different internal stakeholders, internally or externally, to understand HealthCare business requirements across different areas as Commercial, Medical, Regulatory, Quality and others, with the capability to translate into solutions & applications

  • Based on technical and/or development skills in AI/GenAI, he/she will support the team on developing and evolving our AI/GenAI offerings according to client business needs

  • You are experienced in applying the Agile development methodology.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree required

  • 3-5 years of experience in AI consulting and/or technical development, including work experience in data analysis, data engineering, Machine learning (ML), Deep Learning (DL) and Generative AI (GenAI). Proficiency in ML and DL algorithms and cloud computing will be considered a valuable asset

  • Strong background in technical and analytical skills, with a focus on AI/GenAI and data management

  • Proven experience in managing technology teams & projects (local & international)

  • Experience in development of AI solutions with an interest in transitioning to a business-focused role

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Knowledge of consulting methods, tools, and techniques

  • Understanding of the Pharmaceutical Industry and its recent trends

  • Experienced in working in Agile environments

  • A willingness and ability to travel

  • Fluent in English.
