About the Role

In this opportunity as AI Digital Enablement Manager, you will:

  • Develop and implement a digital enablement strategy that drives adoption, retention, and expansion for AI-powered solutions.

  • Design and deliver scalable programs such as interactive tutorials, video guides, webinars, and targeted email campaigns to engage customers and drive usage.

  • Monitor and analyze adoption metrics to continuously optimize digital strategies and identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience.

  • Collaborate with Customer Success, Product, and Marketing teams to align digital initiatives with broader goals and ensure seamless customer adoption.

  • Educate accounting firms on the unique value of AI tools, building tailored enablement resources to meet their needs.

  • Champion digital-first engagement by identifying and deploying tools and platforms that improve the customer journey.

  • Stay informed on industry trends and advancements in enablement technology to keep strategies fresh and impactful.

About You

You're a fit for the role of AI Digital Enablement Manager if your background includes:

  • 4+ years of experience in digital enablement, customer success, or related roles, ideally within SaaS or enterprise software.

  • Strong understanding of digital adoption strategies, user engagement, and data-driven decision-making.

  • Exceptional communication and content creation skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into practical, actionable resources.

  • Familiarity with tools such as Gainsight, Pendo, or similar enablement platforms.

  • Experience in accounting or working with accounting firms is a plus but not required.

  • A passion for working with cutting-edge technology and driving measurable impact.

Thomson Reuters complies with local laws that require upfront disclosure of the expected pay range for a position. The base compensation range varies across locations.

For any eligible US locations, unless otherwise noted, the base compensation range for this role is $99,400 - $184,600.

This role may also be eligible for an Annual Bonus based on a combination of enterprise and individual performance.
Base
pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual’s knowledge, skills and experience with consideration given to internal equity. Base pay is one part of a comprehensive Total Reward program which also includes flexible and supportive benefits and other wellbeing programs.
