The AI Data Specialist will be responsible for developing and maintaining robust data pipelines, ensuring data quality, and performing advanced data analysis to support business objectives, while leveraging their expertise in machine learning and data management to optimize models and automate processes, contributing to the enhancement of customer engagement strategies and overall business performance. Responsibilities

Data Analysis and Reporting

1. Data Pipeline Development and Maintenance

  • Develop and maintain robust data pipelines to ensure seamless data flow from various sources.
  • Ensure data quality and integrity throughout the data lifecycle.

2. Advanced Data Analysis

  • Perform advanced data analysis to uncover actionable insights and support business objectives.
  • Analyse data to identify patterns, trends, and correlations that can inform business decisions.

3. Reporting and Visualization

  • Create standardized and custom reports, and develop data visualizations to present findings to business stakeholders.
  • Provide daily, weekly, and monthly Customer Service reporting, as well as ad hoc data requests.

4. Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement

  • Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their data needs and determine the best approach for data collection and presentation.
  • Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.

5. Machine Learning and Model Optimization

  • Leverage expertise in machine learning to optimize models and automate data processes.
  • Implement and maintain machine learning models to enhance customer engagement strategies.

6. Data Governance and Best Practices

  • Implement best practices for data governance and ensure compliance with data management standards.
  • Continuously monitor and improve data processes to enhance operational efficiency.

7. Project Management

  • Participate in all stages of project work, including requirements gathering, design, implementation, testing, and deployment.
  • Deliver high-quality work on assigned projects, ranging from small tasks to long-term program engagements.

8. Continuous Improvement

  • Initiate and drive continuous improvement of performance reporting to better manage the business.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and data technologies to apply innovative solutions.
