Job Description

The AI Content Specialist will be instrumental in developing and implementing AI-driven content initiatives. This role requires a blend of creativity, technical proficiency, and strategic thinking to optimize content creation processes and drive innovation. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure our content remains relevant, engaging, and aligned with our brand voice

Key Responsibilities:

  • AI Tools & Workflow Optimization:
    • Evaluate, implement, and optimize AI tools to enhance the content creation process.
    • Stay updated on emerging AI technologies and assess their applicability to our content strategies.
  • Prompt Engineering:
    • Develop, refine, and maintain prompt libraries for AI tools to ensure maximum efficiency and output quality.
    • Test and iterate prompts to achieve desired content styles and objectives.
  • Content Creation & Management:
    • Utilize AI tools to produce high-quality written and visual content, including blog posts, social media updates, infographics, and videos.
    • Ensure all content aligns with organizational goals, audience needs, and established standards.
    • Marketing Campaigns:
      • Support the creation of content strategies for marketing campaigns, including digital, email, video, and social media tactics. Collaborate with product marketing to translate value proposition and messaging into compelling campaign content.
  • Trend Analysis & Strategy Development:
    • Lead the tracking, capturing, and capitalizing on the latest social media and industry trends to keep our content on the cutting edge.
    • Propose and test new content ideas to enhance user engagement within our platforms.
  • Quality Assurance & Compliance:
    • Ensure all AI-driven content creation complies with legal and ethical standards.
    • Implement quality control processes and perform regular reviews to maintain high standards.
  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
    • Track content performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
    • Generate detailed reports to document progress, challenges, and achievements, and present these to stakeholders.

 

 

Qualifications

  • Education & Experience:
    • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, graphic design, Communications, Journalism, Computer Science, or a related field.
    • Proven experience as a Content Specialist, Content Writer, or similar role, with exposure to AI tools and technologies.
    • Strong understanding of prompt engineering and AI-driven workflows.
  • Experience with content management systems (CMS) and digital analytics tools.
  • An eye for design and experience with visual content creation.
  • Understanding of legal and ethical considerations in AI content creation.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with strong attention to detail.
    • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
