We are looking for highly motivated Agile Team Leader (Scrum Master) to establish, develop, and improve SRE team by increasing collaboration, innovation, and introducing Agile mindset and techniques that promote reliability and flexibility in complex environment.
The Scrum Master is instrumental in facilitating the integration of Agile methodologies within the team. By leading the scrum team and facilitating communication and collaboration, the Scrum Master enables the team to reach higher levels of productivity and customer satisfaction. This role is essential for promoting a culture of continuous improvement and self-organization, which are key to the success of Agile projects.
What you will be responsible for:
- Coaching and guiding teams to be accountable and efficient in delivery
- Leveraging organizational resources to handle team capacity
- Facilitating team meetings and follow ups
- Boosting improvements and removing team impediments
- Exhibiting lean agile leadership behavior
- Encouraging learning and improvement culture
- Protecting the team from out of scoped work and maintaining team’s performance on optimal level
- Collaborating with the Service Owners and outside stakeholders
What We Value
- Experience with Agile and Lean Practices: You have extensive experience as a Scrum Master or similar role in an international IT company.
- Agile and Project Management Skills: You excel in Agile practices and project management, facilitating progress, removing impediments, and maintaining delivery momentum.
- Goal-Oriented and System Thinker: You focus on accomplishing goals rather than just completing tasks, and you approach obstacles with a system-thinking mindset.

- Proficient Communication Skills: You are a great communicator, proficient in English, and able to convey ideas clearly.
- Experience in SaaS operations preferred

- Previous experience working in an agile team and an understanding of agile methodologies
- The ability to work in, and manage, global virtual teams
- Have extensive multi cultural awareness and appreciation for multi cultural teams
- Have good written and verbal reasoning skills

- APAC shift hours
- Hybrid working arrangement (2x a week)
