We are looking for a dynamic Agile Product & Program Analyst to lead cross-functional teams in delivering high-impact digital products and programs. How You'll Create Possibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Product Management:
- Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap based on business goals and market trends.
- Work closely with stakeholders, customers, and development teams to gather and prioritize product requirements.
- Own and maintain the product backlog, ensuring clear prioritization based on value delivery.
- Drive user-centric product design and development using Agile methodologies.
- Define and track key product metrics (KPIs) to measure success and drive continuous improvement.
Program Management:
- Lead and coordinate multiple Agile product development teams across programs and initiatives.
- Establish clear program objectives, timelines, and milestones, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
- Manage dependencies, risks, and issues across teams and remove roadblocks.
- Drive alignment between business strategy, product development, and technical teams.
- Foster collaboration between cross-functional teams (engineering, UX/UI, marketing, sales, etc.).
Agile & Delivery Excellence:
- Champion Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban) across teams and programs.
- Act as a Scrum Master or Product Owner where necessary, ensuring Agile best practices.
- Implement and optimize Agile frameworks to improve efficiency, predictability, and speed.
- Facilitate sprint planning, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies.
Stakeholder & Communication Management:
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear and transparent communication.
- Provide regular updates to senior leadership on product progress, risks, and opportunities.
- Work closely with engineering teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure third-party deliverables align with program goals.
What You'll Bring to Our Team
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or related field.
- Experience: 12-15 years of experience in product and program management in Agile environments.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or Rally.
- Ability to manage large-scale, complex programs with multiple workstreams.
- Proven track record in defining product strategies, roadmaps, and backlogs.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in digital transformation, cloud-based products, and emerging technologies (AI, IoT, etc.) is a plus.
- Agile certifications (CSM, CSPO, SAFe Agilist, PMI-ACP) preferred.
