As a Product Manager - Voice & Chat at JP Morgan Chase within the International Consumer Bank, you will develop and manage our cloud-based contact center telephony and chat system. You will play a crucial role in ensuring our technology supports global agents in delivering award-winning customer service 24/7. Your work will directly impact our digital banking operations and customer satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities

  • Devise a compelling product strategy and define customer journeys.
  • Build and launch top-quality products.
  • Collaborate with development teams to prioritize backlogs and drive product creation.
  • Ensure successful product launches and manage products in use.
  • Leverage data-driven insights to inform future developments and optimize consumer journeys.


Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Basic understanding of technology and software development processes.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and trends.


Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Experience with telephony systems and AWS services, particularly Amazon Connect.
  • Proven experience in managing cloud-based contact center technologies.
  • Experience in international banking or financial services.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Familiarity with LLMs and AI is advantageous.
