We are seeking a talented individual to join our Affinity Sales team at Marsh Europe. This role can be based in any of our German offices.

As an Affinity Business Development Specialist - Germany you will be part of a dynamic sales team focused on defining business development strategy for German market. You will help develop Marsh’s affinity presence in Germany by identifying and developing new clients.
 

We will count on you to:

  • Support business development in German market across all affinity key sectors: automotive, equipment and machinery, sponsor, sharing economy and mobility.

  • Generate and manage the business development pipeline both in terms of expand the scope of our collaboration in existing Marsh’s clients and creating new client’s opportunities.

  • Support the design and implementation of sales initiatives in German market.

  • Foster the collaboration of the local Marsh affinity unit with Regional and International Affinity team.

  • Manage meetings with clients and prospects.

   

What you need to have:

  • Proven experience in driving sales initiatives within insurance or brokerage industry across a broad region.

  • Proven experience in Affinity across one or multiple affinity sectors: Automotive, Equipment & Consumer Electronics, Sponsor programs.

  • Familiarity with industry trends and the ability to leverage insights to inform business decisions will be critical to success in this role.

  • Growth mindset with proactive approach to challenges.

  • Minimum of 5 years of business development experience, preferably with focus on affinity programs.

  • Fluent German and English skills are mandatory
