Reach Plc is looking for an Affiliate Sales Manger to drive our Affiliate initiative to continued success in 2025 and beyond
You'll liaise and negotiate directly with current and prospective partners/advertisers, and work closely with Editorial Affiliate teams across the business to achieve our commercial goals and constantly evolve the strategy to keep us at the head of this highly competitive industry.

Job Description
- Build Relationships: Develop and expand direct commercial relationships with key affiliate partners, top-tier retailers, and new potential partners.
- Strategise and Analyse: Analyse data from multiple sources to identify new opportunities and optimise performance.
- Champion the Cause: Be the go-to person for all things commercial for Affiliates, championing the affiliate cause across Reach.
- Collaborate for Success: Work closely with Editorial Affiliates, SEO, and Social teams to achieve targets and continuously improve best practices.
- Report and Innovate: Regularly report performance, present results, and suggest innovative strategies to boost revenue and traffic.
Qualifications
- A track record of driving success in the affiliate sector, with experience in achieving commercial goals and negotiating performance and fixed-fee deals.
- Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management skills, with experience using industry-standard tools like Google Analytics and SEMRush.
- Understanding of SEO principles to plan for medium and long-term success.
- Ability to analyse data, identify opportunities, and communicate effectively at all levels of the organisation.
- Innovative mindset to seize short-term opportunities and drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Relevant experience in the affiliate industry with a substantial record of achieving quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Experience working with affiliate-focused teams, both commercial and editorial.
- Good understanding of key web technologies, including HTML and Javascript.

We are offering a salary of up to £50,000pa (DOE) + bonus
