About the Monetize team: 

EMEA monetize team works closely with game publishers and developers and helps them increase their revenue from advertising. Currently, 1/3 of Liftoff monetize revenue comes from EMEA publishers, which are managed by a team split between London and Berlin. The team is specifically looking for a Russian speaker to handle some of our priority accounts in EMEA.


Responsibilities: 

  • Forecast revenue and manage a pipeline of potential and current business.
  • Develop strong relationships with our key accounts in Europe, the Middle East & Africa (EMEA) through slack, skype, and face-to-face interaction.
  • Consistently evangelizes new products to benefit revenue growth
  • Take the initiative to foster new partnerships that represent potential growth outside our portfolio. Turn inquiries into revenue.
  • Work closely with internal teams (Legal, Finance, Ops) to structure deals that maximize revenue for all constituents.
  • Finds opportunity to share learnings to positively impact business
  • Synthesize customer feedback and help inform the product roadmap

Requirements: 

  • 3+ years of relevant sales or customer success experience, managing a quota or quarterly revenue target.
  • Experience in the tech industry—mobile, gaming, ad tech, e-commerce or consulting are a strong plus.
  • Experience with closing new partnerships / focusing on new business
  • Ability to travel up to 25% for in-person client meetings—both local and international.
  • An entrepreneurial and ambitious self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable in cross-team project management & problem solving
  • A relationship builder with the ability to make connections with anyone.
  • Comfortable working independently as well as part of a team.
  • Telling a story with data;  A strong understanding of data analysis and visualisation.
  • Effective communicator.
  • Active contributor to a dynamic office culture.
  • Fluency in Russian is required for this role

Liftoff's compensation strategy includes competitive market rate along with equity and benefits and perks that will give our employees what they need to do their best work. In order to ensure teams are compensated fairly for the work performed, we map out specific levels and take into consideration the cost of labor within each location.
