Position Overview:

The Affiliate Marketing Manager at Care.com will be pivotal in expanding our reach and driving customer acquisition through strategic affiliate relationships. This role is ideal for a hands-on, innovative leader who thrives in building and scaling affiliate programs. The role also entails cultivating large-scale partnerships that align with Care.com’s brand vision and marketing goals, continuously exploring new growth avenues within and outside traditional affiliate channels. The secondary focus on platform management through Impact Radius, the Affiliate Marketing Manager will oversee the entire affiliate lifecycle—from identifying potential partners to optimizing program performance. 

What You’ll Do:

  • Optimize and grow a robust affiliate marketing strategy that aligns with Care.com’s broader marketing and brand objectives, focusing on customer acquisition and retention.
  • Identify, engage, and onboard high-quality affiliate partners who resonate with Care.com's target audiences and values, ensuring a consistent brand experience.
  • Drive large-scale, non-traditional partnerships within the affiliate space, positioning Care.com at the forefront of innovative affiliate marketing.
  • Manage and optimize affiliate relationships within Impact Radius, ensuring seamless tracking, reporting, and attribution to maximize campaign effectiveness, including offer management and optimization.
  • Utilize platform insights to make data-driven adjustments, continually optimizing for KPIs such as Conversion Rate, CAC and LTV.
  • Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with top-performing affiliates, understanding their unique needs and opportunities to enhance their performance.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, implementing innovative tactics and channels to keep the affiliate program competitive and growth-focused.
  • Prepare regular performance presentations for senior leadership, showcasing affiliate program success and identifying future growth opportunities.
  • Partner with Growth, Brand, Creative, Product, and Analytics teams to align affiliate efforts with the overall marketing strategy, ensuring unified messaging and consistent branding as well as landing pages to pixel integrations.

Who You Are:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 3-5+ years of experience in affiliate marketing with a focus on high-growth, direct-to-consumer environments.
  • Demonstrated expertise with Impact Radius for affiliate campaign management, tracking, and analytics.
  • Proven success in managing larger-scale partnerships and a strong understanding of the affiliate landscape, with experience in both traditional and non-traditional partnerships.
  • Exceptional ability to develop and execute innovative affiliate strategies that drive measurable growth.
  • Data-driven mindset with excellent analytical skills for interpreting performance metrics and generating actionable insights.
  • Outstanding relationship-building skills with a knack for fostering collaboration with partners and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong communication skills, capable of presenting complex information and strategy to senior leadership.

Salary Range:  $88,000-$115,000. 

The base salary range above represents the anticipated low and high end of the national salary range for this position. Actual salaries may vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to work location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Care.com’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses and short- and long-term incentives. In addition, Care.com provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, life, and disability insurance, a generous 401K employer matching program, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO).
