Who You Are: As the Affiliate Marketing Manager, you will oversee the strategy, execution, and optimization of our affiliate marketing programs across platforms like ShareASale, Rakuten, Levanta, and the TikTok Affiliate Center. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of performance marketing, affiliate program management, and the ability to scale partnerships to achieve aggressive growth goals. You’ll work cross-functionally with our marketing, creative, and analytics teams to ensure alignment and success.         

What You're Good At:

  • Lead the day-to-day operations of affiliate marketing programs across platforms, including recruitment, onboarding, and relationship management with affiliates and influencers.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive affiliate marketing strategy to grow traffic, increase conversions, and drive ROI across multiple platforms.
  • Build strong relationships with affiliate partners, identifying high-performing affiliates, negotiating commission structures, and exploring new partnership opportunities.
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics, analyze data, and implement strategies to optimize traffic, conversions, and overall program effectiveness.
  • Leverage tools and platforms such as ShareASale, Rakuten, Levanta, and the TikTok Affiliate Center to track performance, manage campaigns, and stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop high-converting creative assets and promotional materials tailored for affiliate partners.
  • Ensure compliance with affiliate program policies, FTC guidelines, and industry standards.
  • Regularly report on program performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations to drive growth. 

What You Contribute: 

  • 4-6 years of experience in affiliate marketing or performance marketing, with proven success managing programs on platforms like ShareASale, Rakuten, Levanta, and/or TikTok Affiliate Center.
  • Strong data analysis skills and proficiency with reporting tools to measure and optimize performance.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with affiliate partners, agencies, and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to think strategically while executing tactically, identifying growth opportunities and delivering measurable results.
  •  A knack for creating innovative campaigns and tailoring strategies for different audiences and platforms.
  • Familiarity with TikTok influencer and affiliate ecosystems is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills to juggle multiple programs and priorities.
