Are you ready to take on exciting challenges in a collaborative environment? At Appnovation, we’re seeking a passionate and skilled AEM Workfront Fusion Developer to join our dynamic and diverse team. You’ll be able to innovate and create impactful web and mobile applications while providing strategic consulting to our client. We’re looking for individuals who are solution-oriented, motivated, and eager to contribute to a team where every voice is valued.
Key Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience developing and implementing Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) solutions
- Strong expertise with AEM Assets, including workflows, metadata management, and asset libraries
- Mandatory experience with Adobe Workfront/Fusion, including configuration, customization, and workflow management
- Proficiency in developing and managing templates, components, and APIs within AEM Assets
- Solid skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript for front-end development and UI implementation in AEM
- Experience with Java-based frameworks to build and extend AEM applications
- Knowledge of AEM architecture, including Sling Models, OSGi services, and deployment strategies
- Experience integrating AEM with other systems (e.g., CRMs, marketing automation tools)
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop innovative solutions that address complex technical challenges for our clients.
- Configure and deploy integrations using various iPaaS products, linking Adobe Workfront with Salesforce CRM, Jira, Workday, and other SaaS applications.
- Share your expertise on APIs and guide clients in leveraging integration techniques to achieve desired outcomes.
- Optimize API integrations to align with client business requirements, including setting up triggers and researching API system needs.
- Support robust testing plans to ensure successful go-live deployments.
- Foster effective communication with clients and team leads throughout the project lifecycle.
- Deliver engaging overviews and high-level training sessions for client administrators on configured integrations.
Who You Are:
- You are passionate about digital asset management and know how to optimize content workflows
- You are comfortable with Workfront/Fusion and know how to leverage it to support project management and asset collaboration
- You focus on scalable solutions with a mindset to automate and improve processes
- You have experience leading junior developers and working in cross-functional teams
- You value collaboration, communication, and client-focused service delivery
- Prior experience in consulting or in Life Sciences industries is a plus
- Ability to troubleshoot, optimize performance, and resolve application issues quickly
