Impact
We are looking for a skilled IT Security Compliance Disaster Recovery Specialist who will be responsible for developing, maintaining, implementing and reporting the status of the annual enterprise disaster recovery plan.
The Job

Develop, implement, and maintain the organization’s enterprise disaster recovery plan.

Work with Server, Networking and Storage team to ensure proper infrastructure is in place for annual disaster recovery test.

Collaborate with Application teams and Business Owners to understand application disaster recovery requirements.

Oversee testing of disaster recovery procedures, coordinating between IT and Business teams to perform test and collect required evidence.
-
Manage documentation related to disaster recovery plans, designs and testing evidence.
-
This position may also be involved in other business processes or IS assurance related engagements including SOC reviews.

Participate in after-action reviews following simulations or real-life incidents to continuously improve DR/BCP procedures.
-
This position may serve as a secondary contact to the User Access Reviews and Weekly Termination process as needed.

This position will work closely with Business Owners, Application, Networking, Technical Architecture, Storage, and Server teams.
Qualifications & Skills required
-
5-10 years’ experience in disaster recovery, business continuity planning or IT risk management.

Certification in Disaster Recovery or Business Continuity Planning (CBCP, MBCI, or DRCP) is a plus.
-
Strong knowledge of business continuity frameworks and industry standards such as ISO 27001 and NIST.
-
Strong communication, organizational and project management skills.
