Job Title: Advertising & Brand Specialist
Location: Remote but MUST be commuting distance to Milwaukee
What you will do:
The Advertising & Brand Specialist will lead digital and traditional advertising efforts and report on impact for our organization and internal clients. Coordinate brand activations, support service line initiatives, collaborate with internal teams, and work with external agencies, and ensure brand consistency. Ideal candidates excel in relationship-building, deadline management, and multitasking. Additional responsibilities include planning, executing, and measuring advertising campaigns by trafficking ads, collecting data, building reports and strengthening relationships with advertising vendors. Assists with sponsorship management, brand management, and market research.
What you will need:

Bachelor's degree required. A degree in business, marketing or communications is preferred.

At least three years of professional work experience in marketing or advertising.

Experience with digital marketing including digital marketing including SEM, programmatic, and social media advertising.

Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.

Ability to interpret ad metrics and use reporting tools to gauge the effectiveness of advertising campaigns.

Experience writing and editing marketing copy.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Detail oriented and extremely organized. Ability to handle multiple tasks and set priorities working in a fast-paced environment under strict deadlines.

Agency experience preferred

Experience with digital advertising preferred

Experience with vendors/media agencies preferred

Experience with managing “clients” and multiple workloads preferred
