In this role you will function as liaison and as administrative, technical or operational resource. You will assist the Director with projects and daily tasks.
A caregiver in this position works 8:00am—5:00pm.
A caregiver who excels in this role will:

Coordinate policy evaluation and implementation.

Identify operational improvement opportunities to create an efficient workplace.

Develop communications and databases.
-
With guidance from Director, lead or coordinate multiple projects and policy initiatives.

Update, monitor and manage databases.
-
Develop scorecards and milestones to track progress.
-
Analyze project improvement and progress.
-
Report discrepancies and variances.
-
Coordinate project prioritization and assist with policy and initiative implementation.
-
Assist with scheduling, coordination, preparation, and communication of meetings.
-
Attend meetings and record key outcomes.
-
Support all office administrative functions.

Develop and maintain updates.
Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:
-
Associate's degree
-
3 years administrative or project management experience
-
OR High School diploma/GED and 5 years of experience
-
OR Bachelor’s degree and 1 year of experience
-
Requires multitasking, critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision in a highly interactive team environment
-
Can take appropriate action in a stressful environment
-
Solid communication and customer service skills
-
Strong computer skills and experience with software applications
Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or related field

Experience developing programs (healthcare, financial or education)
-
Healthcare experience or related organization
