As an Administrative Management Assistant Apprentice, you will work closely with our administrative team to support daily operations and contribute to the efficient functioning of our office. This apprenticeship is designed to provide you with comprehensive training and exposure to various aspects of administrative management.

- Assist in managing office communications, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling inquiries.
- Support the preparation and organization of meetings, including scheduling, agenda creation, and minute-taking.
- Maintain and update office records, databases, and filing systems.
- Assist in the coordination of travel arrangements and accommodations for staff.
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for process improvements.
- Learn and apply company policies and procedures in daily tasks.
