A day in the life.
As our Claim Representative on the McGriff Commercial Claims team, you'll support the Claims Account Executives, client service team and production team in reaching overall agency revenue and retention goals by obtaining specific information regarding loss/claim to report to the company as necessary. Advise customers what information is necessary for claims filing. Assist customers with clams reporting. Respond to customers regarding status of claims. Assist producers and claims team with claims status and special projects. Respond to company requests for policy information as necessary. Maintain own diary system for use in periodic follow up on selected claims. Updating and maintaining information in the claim management system

We’d love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills:
- Demonstrated proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Office Suite
- Demonstrate strong organizational and project skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal)
- Act with responsiveness, urgency, and professionalism in all matters
- Prioritize work to achieve timely completion of the most critical and sensitive activities
- Respond quickly to client requests and work to provide appropriate information
- Accept accountability for the quality of work
- High school diploma or equivalent
These additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply:
- Property and Casualty insurance license
- Insurance experience
- College or advanced degree
