Position Description:
The Administrative / Executive Support candidate provides executive calendar management and support for Federal agency, coordinates with agency's leadership, manages conference room reservations, and provides general office support as needed. This position is mostly remote, but the candidate must be able to report to the office in Springfield, VA when necessary. We are in the proposal phase. No definitive start date has been determined.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of administrative support experience, preferably in a government or large organizational setting.
- Ability to pass security clearance with Federal agency.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required. An associate's degree or higher in business administration, public administration, or a related field is preferred.
Skills:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office software
- Familiarity with federal government systems and procedures is a plus
