We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team in Omaha, Nebraska.
As an Administrative Assistant, reporting to the VP of Research and Development, you will partner with multiple leaders and their team members to create engaging content and perform confidential administrative responsibilities. We are looking for an experienced content creator to produce engaging and dynamic content, as well as a knowledgeable cybrarian to organize and catalog our team's information efficiently.
What you'll do in this role:

Develop, review, and refine communications including producing and distributing PowerPoint presentations for diverse audiences.

Centralize and organize the team's information and important documents in an easily accessible and updatable electronic system.

Offer administrative office support, including calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and expense report processing, all with professionalism, urgency and confidentiality.

Support invoice payments through the department's bill payment tool and SAP.

Manage office supplies, including special requests.

Communicate with individuals at all levels within the organization, industry, and community.
Position Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent
-
3+ years of administrative experience supporting multiple leaders

High-level proficiency in MS Office suite, including advanced features of Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, and PowerPoint.

Digital Literacy and Learning Agility: Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and proficiently use systems such as SAP, Clarizen, SharePoint, and Oracle.

Work effectively in a fast-paced team environment, handle confidential information with attention to detail, and demonstrate strong communication, time management, and organizational skills.

We require applicants for this role to be legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring employer sponsorship either now or in the future.
You will usually in the office Monday - Thursday. Fridays are remote.

Compensation:
Pay Range:$57,000-$77,000
The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
