The Opportunity:
CACI is seeking a Journeyman Administrative Assistant and Travel Coordinator to provide comprehensive administrative support, manage schedules, coordinate travel arrangements, and handle various SCITLS PMO office tasks with efficiency and professionalism, ensuring smooth operations and a positive experience for travelers. As a member of the SCITLS PMO provide support as required to other PMO efforts.
The work location for this position is Omaha Nebraska. This position is contingent upon award of the United States Strategic Command SCITLS contract.
Responsibilities:
- Provides various levels of administrative support across the SCITLS PMO team
- Schedules meetings, fields phone calls, coordinates events, and directs staff to appropriate resources
- Assists with developing trip reports, scheduling visits, and office management
- Ensures proper disposition of significant administration workload to maintain pace and scale of ongoing operations
- Functions as a technical expert across multiple project assignments
- Manages travel for the SCITLS employee by assisting with pretravel requirements and gaining government approval through CACI’s automated travel approval process (OneScope) and utilizing CACI’s travel BCD and Chrome River automated processes for travel bookings, expense reporting and reimbursement.
- Coordinates with the PMO shop to ensure there is adequate funding for each travel request.
- Track and ensure a Trip Report is submitted for each trip.
- Stay up to date on travel trends, regulations, and best practices.
- Assists with basic accounting tasks, such as expense reporting and invoicing.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Current TS with SCI eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in science (BS) or a bachelor’s degree in arts (BA)
- A minimum of 4+ years of experience with project/program management or PMO operations.
- Proven experience in travel management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organization, planning and time management skills
- Attention to detail and critical thinking skills

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$59,100 - $124,100
