The Administrative Assistant will organize billing procedures, assist in data quantification for performance analysis, manage email organization, and provide general support to the operations team.

  • Organize and standardize the operational billing procedures and keep reports in their respective folders.
  • Assist in quantifying data for numerical performance analysis.
  • Assist in organizing e-mails (inbox).
  • Responsible in giving support to the operations team in general tasks when needed.

Required Skills, Education and Experience

  • Interest in working with numbers and desire to learn.
  • Ability to identify problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
  • Ability to work with mathematical concepts, including fractions, percentages and proportions.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills: organizational skills and common sense.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Must be fluent in English and Portuguese.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
Full time, Monday through Friday, normal core business hours and as needed on nights and weekends unless otherwise specified.
