Job Title: Senior Administrative Assistant - Otolaryngology (Children's Specialty Group)
Work Schedule: 40 hours per week. The associate will work 8 hours between the hours of 7am-5pm. This role is Hybrid ( 3 days remote and 2 days in the office) the days are not set and individual needs to be flexible. The first 90 days are on-site 100% for training
Location: Children's Main Campus
What you will do:
Responsible for key administrative functions, including provider appointments and
scheduling, correspondences, and record management. Under general direction, perform routine and advanced administrative duties requiring considerable skill and in-depth knowledge of organizational policies and procedures.
What you will need:

High School graduate or Certificate of General Educational Development (GED) or High School Equivalency Diploma (HSED).

Five years of experience in healthcare preferred

Experience with EPIC preferred and Outlook required

Exhibits guiding behaviors that reflect Children's values and support our mission and vision.

Knowledge of computers, clerical procedures, customer service standards, collaboration, and information management.

Organization, time management, interpersonal, communication, and problem solving skills.
