Job Title: Administrative Assistant-Senior Neonatology
Work Schedule: M-F 8-4:30pm Hybrid – 2 days on campus, 3 days virtual Location:
What you will do:
Under general direction, perform routine and advanced administrative duties requiring considerable skill and in-depth knowledge of organizational policies and procedures.
What you will need:

High School graduate or Certificate of General Educational Development (GED) or High School Equivalency Diploma (HSED).

Five years of experience (Healthcare preferred)

Epic experience
-
Patient interaction experience
-
Scheduling in Outlook required
-
Oracle experience preferred

Knowledge of computers, clerical procedures, customer service standards, collaboration, and information management.

The Division of Neonatology in the Department of Pediatrics at the Medical College of Wisconsin is based at Children’s Wisconsin/Medical College of Wisconsin.
Our neonatologists work together in providing comprehensive care for critically ill newborns and their families with the ultimate goal of improving neonatal care to enable these tiniest of patients to live healthy and productive lives. At the present time, their clinical services include: Children’s Wisconsin, Froedtert Hospital, and Froedtert Menomonee Falls Hospital.
