Your Key missions :

The Tech Product Manager (PM) oversees four strategic poles that form the backbone of our consumer activation and engagement ecosystem. These poles are critical to driving personalization, ensuring seamless consumer experiences, and delivering measurable results.

You will lead four poles:

  • Consumer Engagement (CRM Factory): Managing tools and platforms that support CRM, campaign execution, and consumer engagement strategies. Ensuring robust processes for segmentation, automation, and loyalty program management.
  • PIM/DAM: Overseeing the Product Information Management (PIM) and Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems that ensure consistency and accessibility of product and marketing assets across global markets.
  • Websites: Leading the team responsible for all BrandCo websites, ensuring performance, scalability, and alignment with brand identity and business objectives. Driving enhancements to user experience, content management, and technical capabilities.
  • Analytics, Compliance & Search: Managing analytics tools that measure performance and consumer behavior, providing actionable insights.Ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations while optimizing search tools and strategies.

You will lead a diverse and skilled team, which includes senior Product Owners, Business Analysts, and external consultants. This role is pivotal in aligning technical execution with business strategies, collaborating closely with the Portfolio Director to tackle challenges and deliver impactful solutions.

You will steer the strategic vision and roadmap for mid and long term within the Product Family. This includes ensuring comprehensive coordination across multiple squads dedicated to the Product Family, and effective value realization to the business:

  • Demand Management: You will collect, qualify and assess demands coming from the Global Business Process Owners and the Tech Function itself. Ensure that local needs are effectively captured and arbitrated, in collaboration with proximity teams. Consolidate Business & Tech Product Demand backlogs, analyze and integrate them into the right Squad’s Backlog.
  • Backlog Management: You will contribute to EPIC demands Review and be appointed as EPIC Owner, perform EPIC Analysis and contribute to Portfolio backlog review, prioritization and arbitration, allocate Features to Product Owners and contribute to their prioritization and integration to Portfolio Synchronization Backlogs
  • ITFM: You will provide Product roadmap and backlog, squad’s resource needs forecast, Oversee overall funding of my scope, perform variance analysis and provide justification, Track Product’s ROI and costs 
  • Product Lifecycle Management: You will drive Product Vision and roadmap through Product Framing Analysis and EPIC/Features definition and prioritization. Work with vendor engagement officers to define editors’ roadmap. Define and track value Product value generation and related investment. Oversee product squads’ activities throughout product lifecycle, providing expertise & securing arbitration. Ensure products demos and roll-out plans are effective and consistent, and defined in collaboration with the Business and the Proximity teams. 
  • Resource Management: You will coordinate product teams work, animate PO community, secure engagement & collaboration, define squad’s resource needs for my scope, collaborate with tech leaders for resource mobilization and eventually adjust plans and roadmaps based on available resource capacity

  • You have 10+ years’ experience and a strong knowledge of digital tools (activation, content, engagement, media plateforms…)
  • You are knowledgeable of marketing needs and have strong business acumen
  • You are fluent in English, French is a plus

Functional skills

  • You have deep strategic planning capabilities
  • Strategic thinking & value-driven mindset (roadmap creation, product vision articulation, value monitoring…)
  • Hou have experience in Product Management and people management, preferably within a multiple-teams structure
  • You have strong communication & stakeholders management skills (customer centricity…)
  • You have good industry knowledge and insights into key challenges for the domain/family
  • You have experience in managing roll-out plan of IT projects/programs/products
  • You understand the agile mindset & practices
