MongoDB’s mission is to empower innovators to create, transform, and disrupt industries by unleashing the power of software and data. We enable organizations of all sizes to easily build, scale, and run modern applications by helping them modernize legacy workloads, embrace innovation, and unleash AI. Our industry-leading developer data platform, MongoDB Atlas, is the only globally distributed, multi-cloud database and is available in more than 115 regions across AWS, Google Cloud, and Microsoft Azure. Atlas allows customers to build and run applications anywhere—on premises, or across cloud providers. With offices worldwide and over 175,000 new developers signing up to use MongoDB every month, it’s no wonder that leading organizations, like Samsung and Toyota, trust MongoDB to build next-generation, AI-powered applications.

We’re looking for a Digital Acquisition Manager to join our team and help drive MongoDB’s customer acquisition strategy across paid channels. You will play a key role in developing and executing campaigns to capture the attention of our developer audience and convert them into MongoDB customers. The role requires hands-on experience across display, paid social, and paid search ad platforms, as well as the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions to continuously improve performance.

This role will be based remotely across the United States

In particular, you will:

  • Support and optimize the paid social, paid search, and display programs
  • Collaborate with media agencies and 3rd-party vendors to launch and manage new campaigns, track deliverables, and ensure timely execution
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including Product Marketing, Growth Marketing, and Web to help drive visibility for paid programs including evergreen acquisition initiatives, flighted webinar campaigns, and content syndication efforts, while ensuring alignment with overall business goals
  • Partner with Marketing Operations and Analytics teams to measure the performance of ongoing initiatives and leverage insights to drive future strategies across all stages of the funnel
  • Utilize digital platforms and analytics tools to analyze performance, extract insights, and inform decisions
  • Develop budget plans with your manager, help determine spend allocations, and forecast future channel performance
  • Stay current on emerging trends and best practices in digital marketing to apply learnings and innovations to your campaigns

We’re looking for someone with…

  • 2-4 years of hands-on experience managing digital acquisition campaigns, with a focus on display, paid social, and paid search
  • B2B or B2D marketing experience, ideally in SaaS/Self-Serve environments. Experience marketing to a technical audience is a plus
  • Direct experience managing campaigns across Google Display, Meta, LinkedIn, and paid search platforms (Google Ads or Bing Ads)
  • Experience working with digital agencies and 3rd-party vendors to execute campaigns and measure performance
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and prioritize tasks based on business impact
  • A critical thinker, able to quickly assess cross-functional needs, understand their alignment with broader marketing and company goals, and offer data-driven recommendations
  • Experience collaborating with content and design teams to develop creative assets that align with paid media best practices
  • A proven track record of achieving campaign goals and business objectives

The ideal candidate should have:

  • A solid understanding of paid search strategies and tactics (Google Ads, Bing Ads), and how to integrate them into a broader acquisition strategy
  • Strong communication skills to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels, both analytical and non-analytical
