Responsibilities:
- Creation and maintenance of customer master data in SAP, credit insurance process and customer records.
- Timely identification and registration of customer payments in SAP.
- Communication with customers for payment scheduling and balance reconciliation.
- Forecast and cash flow bi weekly update.
- Miscellaneous reporting of AR status.
- Billing for FFT Divisions
- Support tax department on VAT refunds.
- Support on tax/financial/corporate audits.
- GL account reconciliation of all Balance Sheet accounts related to Accounts Receivable.
- Continuous communication with Customer Service to ensure that policies and procedures are being met.
- Send and upload invoices to customer portals for payment programming.
- Issue, send and upload of payment supplements in suppliers portal.
- Issuing of invoices and credit notes.
- Sales order release and credit limit control.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree in accounting, finance or economics.
- +2 years of experience as AR position
- Experience in SAP (Desirable)
- Tax knowledge
- Experience in Manufacturing Companies
