Accounts Receivable Accountant

 From 1600 €/gross month depends on experience 

 What you will do:  

• Process and manage accounts receivable transactions, including invoicing, payments, and collections.
• Monitor and reconcile customer accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Prepare and analyze accounts receivable reports and provide insights to management.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient financial operations.
• Assist in month-end closing activities and audits as required.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all accounts receivable transactions.

 What we are looking for:  

• Education in Economic, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience in accounts receivable or a similar financial role.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Experience with SAP GUI or SAP S4Hana is required
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of German is an advantage.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the accounts receivable process, ensuring timely and accurate bank postings, invoicing, payment processing.
