Scope of Job, Duties & Key Responsibilities
- To assist with creation of monthly management dashboard
- To assist with yearly budgeting process.
- To prepare efficiency calculations
- Ownership of Eden construction industry scheme tax obligations (in the UK and ROI)
- To support the team with yearly external audit
- To support the team with 6 monthly internal audits
- Ongoing management of key supplier accounts
- Prepare manual bank payments as requested
- To assist with the Eden overseas payment process
- Monthly analysis of goods received not invoiced account
- Raising of sales invoices
- Ad-hoc duties as dictated by business needs
Qualifications & Education Requirements
- Part Qualified CIMA/ACCA
Experience
- 2 Years minimum in a similar role
Preferred Skills & Knowledge
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Good verbal and written communications skills
- Good team player
- Manufacturing background advantage
- Microsoft Navision experience
- US GAPP Knowledge - advantage
- Knowledge MS Office
