This role also initiates the bank deposit process, facilitates vendor relations, supports month-end close and year-end reporting along with other tasks that align with the accounting department strategies.

Position offers a starting hourly pay of $24.25 - $31.00 USD

Pay offered dependent on knowledge, skills, and experience

What you Drive at DTNA

  • Accurately verify and process invoices.

  • Ensure that invoices match to valid purchase orders and receipts.

  • Reconcile vendor statements and research discrepancies.

  • Prepare and process domestic and international wire payments.

  • Process payment cycles including the upload of ACH payment files and printing checks.

  • Sorts and distributes emails in a centralized inbox.

  • Uploading checks for remote deposits.

  • Compiles data to create and update accounts payable dashboard.

  • Creates and updates documentation of accounting processes.

  • Provide innovative problem-solving skills to find new solutions to problems.

  • Work collaboratively with cross functional groups and departments as needed.

  • Provides ad hoc financial support.

Knowledge You Should Bring

  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree.

  • Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices.

  • Excellent time management and prioritization abilities.

  • Communicates clearly and effectively.

  • Strong written and verbal skills.

  • Detail-oriented.

  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently or in a group setting.

  • Proficient using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
