Overview of Job Role
To review and control
- The preparation of the Monthly Management accounts including P&L and Balance Sheet movements for SOX Compliance
- The preparation and oversight of the Intercompany accounts
Key Areas of Responsibility
- Working with and supporting the Finance Manager in the preparation of the monthly management accounts including
- Preparation of P&L with full narratives (inc those required for SOX)
- Preparation of Balance sheet reconciliations ensuring all balances are explained and reviewed
- Preparation of Balance Sheet Flux Files on a quarterly basis
- All in accordance with Group Timelines
- Ensuring that all tax returns and payments are made on time.
- Ensuring Statutory audits are delivered on time and within budget.
