Experience
- Associate’s degree or higher in Accounting or Finance
- 2-5 years accounting/finance experience
- NetSuite preferred
Responsibilities
- Ensure efficient processing of the accounts receivable and invoicing functions.
- Prepare monthly reports and records by collecting, analyzing and summarizing account information.
- Analyze revenue and expenses to ensure they are recorded appropriately on a monthly basis.
- Prepare monthly account reconciliations.
- Maintain overall responsibility for the general ledger.
- Assist with financial and tax audits.
- Assist with preparing tax returns and corporate reporting requirements.
- Maintain project and employee set-up in expense and time reporting systems.
- Reconcile bank transactions.
- Research and reconcile reporting discrepancies.
- Adhere to policies, procedures and instructions of Controller
- Be highly detail-oriented and organized in work
- Go above and beyond, offering ideas and taking initiative

- Set priorities and manage workload, meeting deadlines with high quality

Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the candidate, and alignment with market data and geographic location.
