Job Description
• Manage all accounting transactions.
• Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closings as assigned.
• Reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
• Ensure timely vendor payments.
• Compute taxes and prepare tax returns.
• Audit financial transactions and documents
• Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary. • Ensure Compliance with Governmental Law and Tax
• Upload Bank Details
• Ensuring recording of monthly utilities
• Reviewing and recording Social Insurance
• Record Restaurants Registration & Renewals fees
• NCR Reconciliation with the Billing System
• Online sales duplicate payments Refund
• Review Key Accounts Monthly Sales
• Credit & Debit Card Reconciliation | PSP
• Checkout VS Billing System Reconciliation
• Bank Muscat – Merchant Settlement
• Bank Muscat VS Checkout Reconciliation
• Amex VS Checkout Reconciliation
• Mashreq MIGS VS Checkout Reconciliation
• Other Tasks Assigned by the Direct Line Manager
