Job Description:
The Account Operations Lead is an operational sales support role where you can make your mark by managing sales operational systems and processes, will handle data and information management, in support of sales pursuits. You will implement and configure sales tools, content management and tracking systems. You will also develop and manage catalogue and web-based content, web pages and other online sources for storing and communicating information for sales and partners. Acting as a true specialist, you will enter, update and ensure accuracy of data in sales and client and partner relationship management systems generates regular and ad hoc reports for account teams and leadership. Also, you will advise on improvements and enhancements for design of sales systems and tools. In a typical day as a Account Operations Lead you would:
- Act as an operational sales support for sales processing activities and process improvement for an assigned area, account or process
- Demonstrates capability and understanding of requirements in all areas of sales processing
- develops client interaction and negotiation skills
- Reviews process evaluation results to perform analysis, identify issues and opportunities and provide data to resolve client claims or inquiries
- Communicates analysis results to internal stakeholders
- implements specified changes to processes or tool to improve performance and increase customer satisfaction
If you have:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management or equivalent
- Typically 2-4 years experience in operational support roles
- Experience implementing policies, processes, and analytics methods to support client sales processing
- Ability to apply analytical, statistics and problem solving skills.
- Understanding of business and sales processing tools, systems and practices
- Familiarity with reviewing and interpreting client agreements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- mastery in English and local language.
- Ability to effectively communicate sales processing plans, proposals, and results and negotiate options
