Tasks:
• Visiting business partners and potential customers
• Monitoring and finding tenders, preparing documentation
• Together with the sales director participates in negotiations and contracts with customers
• Receives and confirms orders from customers
• Sales orders, delivery orders, items and other accompanying sales documentation, - fills out the inquiry form
• Communicates with customers regarding delivery deadlines, product status in the warehouse and other customer requests
• Tracks production orders from launch to warehouse entry and communicates with departments in the production process
• Participates in making calculations
• Creating monthly, annual and quarterly sales realization reports
• Enters prices and price changes and other information about the customer
• Takes care of the collection of receivables,
• Obtains payment insurance from the customer and delivers it to the financial department
• Takes care of returning pallets from customers
• Participates in the complaints resolution
• Conducts activities related to the application, maintenance and improvement of the Quality and Environmental Management System in accordance with ISO 9001 and 14001 standards, current regulations and company acts.
You will be great candidate if you have:

Bachelor or Master degree

Experience in a sales position 3-5 years

Knowledge of Microsoft Office

Experience in working with CRM systems

Ability to multitask and juggle several responsibilities simultaneously

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, analytical skills

Native-level Bosnian and fluent in English

Driver’s license B category, readiness to travel
