Job Description
Successful candidates will be located within the Greater Boston MA area for local travel.
We are looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Residential Account Manager. You will act as a representative to the Mass Save Program for homeowners, landlords, condo boards, and property managers – scheduling and conducting Home Energy Assessments for eligible customers. You will establish and build relationships to bring underserved populations into the Mass Save Program.

Maintain current relationships and develop new accounts for attached low rise building owners and renters in the Mass Save Program.

Completing Energy Assessments within the residential space.

The position requires resourcefulness to develop solutions for efficiency upgrades and decarbonization opportunities within the Program guidelines.

The role requires the ability to maintain your own schedule, track customer statuses, and openly communicate with management.
