As an Account Manager, you’ll be at the heart of driving business success by executing the account strategy. You’ll use your skills to sell and promote Sony’s cutting-edge products to both existing and new centrally buying clients while inspiring them to bring these products to consumers. Your ability to build strong relationships will help you maximize opportunities within the sales strategy and distribution policy, ensuring mutual growth and success.

You will:

• Effectively manage accounts in a multi-channel retail environment and drive growth in traditional channels.
• Improve conversion at shop front to drive sell out to the end user.
• Achieve set ranging and stock level targets.
• Maintain and extend customer portfolio.
• Establish and strengthen internal customer-centric knowledge sharing.
• Develop a yearly/quarterly/weekly contact plan to increase meeting with customers, based on the objectives set.
• Maintain and develop positive relationships with current and potential customers (multilevel).
• Identify and resolve any issues relating to the customers.
• Maintain contact with Marketing, Sales Support, Consumer Marketing Communication, Service and Sales within Sony Netherlands.
• Coordinate training sessions at customer's place of business or at other locations.
• All work needs to be performed as set out in the Sony Way of Selling (SWOS).

You will bring:

• Commercial experience, preferably in a similar industry or FMCG.
• Higher education, preferably with a commercial background.
• MS Office knowledge, with emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint.
• Good command of English, Dutch & French.
• Strong communication skills.
• Creative attitude geared towards achieving outcomes.
