As a unified commerce Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform powered by AI, we provide attractions such as theme parks, museums, and theaters with an all-in-one solution to effectively manage, market, and price their products.

We are a fast-growing SaaS startup, and we're looking for an Account Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is a great opportunity to contribute to a growing company, work with a tight-knit team, and help shape our account management operations.

To be successful in this role, you should have hands-on experience with tech B2B customers and have a creative and resilient mindset to be able to turn customer problems into solutions.

The key responsibility of the Account Manager is to handle projects from A to Z, whether during the onboarding phase or any project development at a later stage in the life of the customer.

Responsibilities

1) Onboard new customers / Project management

  • Organise kick-off meetings with new customers
  • Own the product roadmap and collaborate with the product team to deliver custom developments on time
  • Manage onboarding sessions and training material
  • Keep customers engaged and respect project deadlines
  • Visit customers at their location for the sales launch

2) Nurture the relationship with active customers

  • Organise Executive Business Reviews every 6 months with tier-I customers
  • Do regular check-in calls with all customers
  • Analyse customers’ performance to identify product misuse and upselling opportunities
  • Implement new features smoothly
  • Monitor subscriptions renewals and contract expiries

3) Be a product ambassador

  • Partner closely with other cross-functional teams to translate business needs and product requirements into new solutions for customers
  • Stay updated on the latest product developments
Requirements
Mandatory requirements
  • Excellent command of Swiss German and English
  • Tech-savvy and 2+ years of experience as an account manager or project manager for a B2B Saas
  • Strong communication skills
  • Travelling is required to visit customers / visit Smeetz locations (average of 50%)
  • Work permit in Switzerland or Swiss citizenship

Requirements

  • Experience working with HubSpot and Jira
  • Previous experience at a tech scale-up company is highly preferred
  • Previous experience with project management is highly preferred
  • You have "glass is half full" mindset, approaching challenges and opportunities with optimism and a solution-oriented perspective
  • You have the ability of building strong relationships with clients and understanding their unique business requirements. Your ability to establish trust and rapport with customers is crucial for success in this role.
  • You are a dynamic and proactive professional who takes initiative and thrives in a fast-paced startup environment. You are able to work autonomously while also contributing to successful teamwork and collaboration.
  • You are highly stress-resistant and have the ability to handle pressure.
