We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to drive new client acquisition, retention, and growth within the Wealth Financial Advice segment. This role requires a deep understanding of financial advice software, strong relationship management skills, and a proven ability to achieve sales targets while ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.

Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor to key decision-makers.

Understand client strategies, business challenges, and priorities to position Iress solutions effectively.

Drive revenue growth by meeting monthly, quarterly, and annual targets through retention, upselling, and cross-selling.

Implement structured client engagement plans, ensuring proactive, value-driven interactions.

Lead commercial negotiations, revenue forecasting, and account planning.

Drive product adoption by educating clients on new features, ensuring effective implementation.

Support product delivery by coordinating client onboarding, feature adoption, and account strategy execution.

Act as an escalation point for client support teams, assisting with issue resolution.

Build industry networks and represent Iress at relevant opportunities.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, forecasts, and client interactions in the CRM system.

Provide market insights, contributing to product development and innovation strategies.
What you will bring: Qualifications and Certifications

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration or related field (required)

Professional certification such as CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) or CFP (Certified Financial Planner) or equivalent (preferred)

Minimum of 5 years of experience in Financial Services (required)

Previous experience in Wealth Financial Advisory or similar (required)
