Job Summary:
As a Payments Product Associate within the Market and Product Expansion team, you will be at the forefront of product growth and market expansion. Your role will involve supporting client and regulatory requirements, ensuring our products meet compliance standards. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product and market strategies, providing insights that shape our offerings. This position offers a platform for career advancement and skill development in a supportive and inclusive environment.
In this role, you will work closely with various departments to facilitate the product and market strategy, ensuring our offerings are competitive and compliant. You will have the opportunity to develop your skills and gain experience, positioning yourself for future growth within the organization.
Job Responsibilities:
- Research and analyse market trends, competitor pricing strategies, and client behaviour to identify opportunities for product improvements.
- Assist in the development of collateral tailored to specific markets.
- Understand and follow defined regulatory procedures to confirm our products meet regulatory requirements prior to release.
- Follow and assist with the development of the product's risk and compliance model.
- Identify inefficiencies in regulatory processes and propose solutions.
- Manage delivery of strategic initiatives
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree
- Proven expertise in Product Management
- Expertise in Project Management.
- Emerging knowledge of risk management and controls
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
