Key Responsibilities:

Client Management (Own Book of Accounts):

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with a portfolio of strategic clients.
  • Own the end-to-end client journey from onboarding to ongoing management, ensuring customer satisfaction and success.
  • Identify client goals, challenges, and business needs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for escalations, ensuring timely resolution and continuous client satisfaction.
  • Regularly conduct business reviews with clients to track progress, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Drive adoption of products/services and proactively identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
  • Monitor account health through metrics and engagement, providing actionable insights to improve outcomes.  

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the Sales, Product, Contributor Relations, and Marketing teams to ensure client feedback and insights are incorporated into product development and customer experience strategies.
  • Collaborate with our Support teams to ensure seamless transitions and resolution of any issues.
  • Share best practices and insights within the Client Success organization to continuously improve processes and strategies. 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in Client Success, Account Management, or a related customer-facing role.
  • Experience working with Financial Institutions (Asset Managers, Hedge Funds, Investment Banks, Private Equity, etc.)
  • Proven track record of managing a portfolio of high-value clients and driving customer success outcomes.
  • Strong Excel skills. Experience supporting Data Services products (Datafeeds, API's, Snowflake)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and internal teams.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple client accounts and team responsibilities simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing client challenges.
  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and client success platforms
  • A customer-centric mindset with a passion for helping clients succeed.
  • Excellent command of English is required and any other Asian languages would be advantageous.
